*THREE* SUPER EASY VEGAN RECIPES

Sorry! I’m not a fan of exact measurements— but you don’t have to be either! Mess around with your ratios until you find your perfect flavor. Seriously… cook these however you want to; this is simply what I did.
Hashbrowns:
2 small or one large potato
half of an onion
couple tbs of olive oil
seasoning salt
*feel free to use another oil or alternative seasoning (regular salt works just fine)

Pasta w/ Hearty Sauce:
2+ cups of whatever pasta ya want*
1+ cups of tomato sauce*
3+ tbs of chopped onions
half a can of chickpeas (aka garbanzo beans)
slurry of agave nectar
chili pepper flakes
(You can replace agave w another sweetener ie maple syrup, brown sugar etc)

Sweet & Spicy Chili:
half of a large onion
a drizzle of olive oil
1 chopped up tomato
1 can of kidney beans (medium or light is preferable)
1+ tbs of chili powder
slurry of agave nectar
Seasoning salt to tase
(I added the rest of my chickpeas from the pasta sauce)
