Keto coconut macadamia bars - low carb vegan dessert recipe
Easy to make keto/vegan macadamia bars. Store in the fridge. Eat whenever.
60 grams (2.1 oz) of roasted unsalted macadamia nuts
1/2 cup (145g) organic almond butter
1/4 cup (60ml) coconut oil
6 tablespoons of unsweetened shredded coconut
20 drops of stevia or your sweetener of choice
Crush macadamia nuts to the desired size.
Mix crushed macadamia nuts, almond butter, coconut oil, shredded coconut and stevia in a mixing bowl.
Line baking pan (20x20cm/8x8in) with baking paper.
Pour the mixture into the baking pan.
Refrigerate for a couple of hours and you are done!
Store in a fridge.
Makes 5 servings, 4g of net carbs each.
