How to: Vegan Meal Prep When You're LAZY AF!

So in today’s video I’m showing you how to Vegan Meal Prep for Weight Loss when your’e lazy AF! Lol! I’ve gained a lot of weight and I feel best on a vegan plant based diet. I show you how I make my breakfast, lunch and dinner for 4 days as well as my go to snacks for in between meals. I try and eat every 3 hours or so. But if I’m hungry I will snack on something. I eat tons of Quinoa, Spinach, Green Beans, Sweet Potatoes and I also enjoy Vegan Burgers as well. Fruits are always a great snack and Vegan Protein drinks are a quick and easy way to get in a quick meal and it’s super filling! It was really hard for me to find Vegan Meal Prep Videos for weight Loss so I decided to create my own menu.
