3 Vegan Dinner Recipes. Healthy and Delicious!

Hey Guys! Thanks you so much for tuning in to my videos! As you know I love to cook and eat vegan, so it’s time for another food video:) I hope you like it, you guys are awesome:):):):)

Minestrone soup:
2 tablespoons of olive oil and a diced onion (let those cook)
3 cloves of garlic
2 stocks of celery
1 zuchinni
Handful of green beans
2 medium carrots
Carton of Veggie broth + 2 cups water
(Bring everything to a boil then simmer)
Cook any type of vegan pasta on the side (cup of pasta)
Small can of kidney beans
Large can of tomato sauce

Cauliflower “chicken” (No chicken!! Haha):
2 heads of cauliflower
Make some flax eggs (2tablespoons ground flax w/ 4 tablespoons water)
2/3 cup cornstarch
2/3 cup water
1/2 cup flour
2 tablespoons oil
Zest from one orange
1/2 cup of orange juice
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oil
1/4 water
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
Quinoa with salad dressing and greens

Pierogies! (Makes 20) cook them in boiling water until they rise.
2 cups flour
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup olive oil
Pinch of salt
Stuff with fruit or ricotta vegan cheese:
8 oz tofu ( 1 package)
1/2 teaspoon lemon
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast (cheesy flavour)
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon oregano (optional)
Sprinkle it with coconut sugar as a final touch!!
